Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of food products, Mofeaz does not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement after verification by our customer support team.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at mofeazbars@gmail.com. Please include your order number along with photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
Claims raised after 7 days from the date of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will either:
- Send a replacement product, subject to availability; or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at mofeazbars@gmail.com.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed. If a shipped order is successfully cancelled or returned to origin, a cancellation fee of ₹200 may be deducted to cover shipping and handling charges.
Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, expired, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing mofeazbars@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
