The story behind Mofeaz

For over 15 years, Swetta worked as a Nutritionist, helping women manage health and hormonal challenges through nutrition. Her journey later took her to New Zealand, where she pursued a PhD researching the dietary habits of Indian women living abroad. During this time, she noticed a common pattern: stress, emotional eating, convenience-driven choices, and silently struggling hormones.

 

What began as research soon became personal. Living alone and managing the pressures of academic life, Swetta found herself facing the same challenges she had long guided others through. Her own hormonal balance and health began to suffer.

 

She turned to seed cycling, grinding and preparing the seeds herself and carrying them in a lunchbox every day, trying to stay consistent. But like many women, she realised how difficult and time-consuming wellness can feel in the middle of a busy life.

 

That realisation became the beginning of MOFEAZ.
