Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mofeaz. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Standard Shipping Policy
We currently deliver across India, covering major metro cities and select non-metro locations.
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all Mofeaz products. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Our logistics partners operate between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM on business days, Monday through Saturday.
We ship orders on all working days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
If you notice that the package has been tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at mofeazbars@gmail.com with your order reference number and photographs of the package. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please email us at mofeazbars@gmail.com with your order number.
In the rare event that a shipment is lost or misplaced during transit, we may, at our discretion:
- Resend the order (subject to product availability)
- Issue a store credit
- Provide a full refund
In such cases, we may require written confirmation from you stating that the order was not received. Mofeaz reserves the right to make the final determination regarding lost shipment claims.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery is typically completed within 5–7 business days from the date of order placement.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in processing or dispatching your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
International Shipping Policy
At present, Mofeaz ships only within India and does not offer international shipping.
